Hello! I hope everyone had a nice start to their week! I thought I would share a card project I did over the weekend using the Christmas Fox stamp (ID-782) from AB studio.
This card was pretty simple to make and came together really quickly! To start, I stamped, colored, and cut out the fox. I had a new treescape die in my collection, which I thought would be a perfect complement to this fox, so I used my die cutting machine to cut two of these from white cardstock and glued them together. I wanted my fox to be standing on a snowy hill, so I cut out two hills and placed them on the front of the treescape. Once I was happy with how it looked, I cut them to the same width as the treescape, stamped my sentiment on one, and attached them to the bottom of the treescape.
I blended Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of white card stock. Once I was happy with the blend, I splattered some white paint with a brush over it to create a snow scene. To finish the card, I glued the treescape to the background piece, attached the fox, and added jewels.
I really enjoyed making this card! One of the things I really like about AB studio stamps is the detail in which they stamp. I will have some more holiday projects featuring stamps from AB studio, so stay tuned!
Thanks for stopping by! – Mona
