Baby Bunnies Slimline Shaker Card

Isabel Cristina Baby Bunnies Etsy

Hello everyone! Today I am sharing a slimline shaker card I made using Baby Bunnies from Isabel Cristina’s February release. When I saw this stamp set, I knew I wanted to make a fun shaker card!

I decided to go with a slimline size, so I cut my card panel with Trinity Stamps Slimline Stitched Frame Dies. I attached acetate to the back of it and set it aside to work on coloring my images. I printed out the images onto Neenah 80lb Solar White card stock and colored them with copic markers. I used W3, W1, W0, W00 for the bunny on the top and E30, E31, and E50 for bunny on the bottom. I used R20 and R00 for the cheeks and ears.

Once I was done coloring the bunnies, I felt I needed some more images, so I used the blocks and rattle from Baby/Christmas Train and colored them with Prismacolor Pencils since they were so small (PC919, PC1011, PC1084, and PC 920).

Usually, I ink blend my window backgrounds, but for this card, I decided to use paper from the DCWV Pastel Patterns paper pack. I felt it was the perfect color and pattern for this baby-themed card. I cut the sentiment from the stamp set by creating an offset of it in my Silhouette Studio software and cut it out with my Silhouette Cameo. I cut out several of these and glued them together to create some more dimension.

I started assembling my card by adding foam tape to the back of the window card panel to create wells. Next, I carefully placed a mix of sequins into the wells and adhered the back baby blue panel. I arranged all my images and sentiment onto the card, and once I was happy with the placement, I glued everything into place

This was such a fun card to make! These images are so adorable and are perfect for a baby card! Hope I inspired you to try this project!
